It shall be the duty of the Committee on Election Law to consider all matters relating to the election laws of the state, including campaign finance, the Ballot Law Commission, redistricting, and such other matters as may be referred to it.

Personal Biography
Katherine previously served a term in the NH House in 2015-2016 and was then a member of The Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative Services Committee. She worked for ten years as a machinist and professional level, handmade flute and piccolo maker prior to teaching her two daughters at home until they went to high school.

In 2014, she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in American History and Legal Studies from The American College of History and Legal Studies.

She attended Northeast Regional Vocational and Technical High School in Wakefield, Massachusetts and in 1988, was the first female to graduate from the machining program.

Katherine was twice elected to the Derry Public Library Board of Trustees and was appointed as an alternate to Derry Zoning Board of Adjustment. She is an active Republican, working on numerous presidential, senatorial, and congressional campaigns and was elected NH GOP state committee member eight times.

She has appeared as a guest on numerous national and local television and radio programs including The Sean Hannity Show, The O'Reilly Factor, The Howie Carr Show, The Michael Smerconish Show, Inside Edition and others.

Katherine received The Braveheart Award in 2000 from Judicial Watch for her anti sexual assault activism.

She has a long history of volunteer work in Derry; The Sunshine Soup Kitchen, The Derry Community Girl Scouts, The Upper Room's Juvenile Diversion Program that guided first time youthful offenders towards reparations. Her family has hosted both Catholic and Protestant teens with the Children's Friendship Project of Northern Ireland and she has lead a Great Books Foundation Book Discussion Group at the Derry Public Library.

She has raised funds for musical opportunities for local foster youth and for local homeless youth.

Her main interests are small businesses and the challenges they face, election integrity, education choice and helping youth facing difficult situations.
