Committee Description
There is hereby established a Special Committee on the Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) to consider all matters pertaining to due process and practices related to DCYF. The Special Committee shall consist of ten members of the House who shall conduct hearings and receive testimony relative to DCYF and may make recommendations for future legislation.
