CHAPTER
Fis 1200 EDUCATION AND OTHER SPECIAL
EVENTS
Statutory
Authority: RSA Chapter 214
REVISION NOTE:
Document
#8183, effective 9-28-04, readopted with amendments and renumbered Fis 1223 as
Fis 1203. Document #8183 also
renumbered, but did not readopt, existing rules Fis 1219 as Fis 1201, Fis 1220
as Fis 1202, and Fis 1224 as Fis 1204.
Existing rule Fis 1217 has been renumbered as Fis 1205 as part of the
editorial process due to changes in Fis 1200 by Document #8183. The former Fis 1201-1205 had expired. The
chapter has been re-named “Education and Other Special Events” instead of
“Licensing.”
Document
#8183 adopted as rules in Fis 1100 some rules formerly in Fis 1200 that had
expired. Document #8183 also readopted with amendments and renumbered as rules
in Fis 1100 some existing rules that had been in Fis 1200. See the Revision Note at the chapter heading
for Fis 1100.
The source notes for rules in Fis
1200 renumbered by Document #8183 and Fis 1205 indicate the former rule
number. The document numbers and
effective dates apply to the rule under that former rule number.
