Pursuant to 2022, 64:1 and 64:2, effective 7-19-22, the Board of Court Reporters was renamed and re-established as the Advisory Board of Court Reporters under RSA 310-A:162, I and RSA 310-A:163.  The former rulemaking authority of the Board of Court Reporters was transferred to the Executive Director of the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) under RSA 310-A:164.  See the filing history for the  OPLC for all subsequent filings affecting the former Board of Court Reporters, including the adoption by the Executive Director of Plc 1200 in Document #13547, Interim, effective 2-1-23, and the repeal by the Executive Director of Rep 100-500 in Document #13585, effective 3-23-23.
