CHAPTER 420-O SELF-FUNDED STUDENT HEALTH BENEFIT PLANS
Section 420-O:12
420-O:12 Penalties. –
Any institution of higher education that violates this chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in RSA 400-A:15 or such other section of the insurance code as may be applicable, including but not limited to RSA 420-J and RSA 417.
