CHAPTER 406-C SALES OF INSURANCE BY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

406-C:4 Prohibition on Underwriting. –
Neither this chapter, nor RSA 383-B:3-301(d) shall be construed to authorize any financial institution to engage in the underwriting of any insurance product or in any insurance underwriting activity requiring licensure under RSA 402 or RSA 405.
