Unlawful Gambling Machines
Section 287-D:30
287-D:30 Fines and Forfeiture. –
Any person who violates this subdivision shall be fined not less than $5,000 per day for each gambling machine used or intended for use, and all implements, equipment, and apparatus used in violation of this subdivision shall be forfeited.
