Outdoor Advertising
Section 236:81-a
236:81-a Injunctive Relief. –
In addition to any other remedy provided by this subdivision or by law, the commissioner of the department of transportation may obtain a mandatory injunction to enjoin the violation of any provision of this subdivision relative to outdoor advertising control.
