LIENS FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS
Section 447:12
447:12 Share Pro Rata. –
Except as provided in RSA 447:11, all such attaching lien creditors shall share pro rata in accordance with the amounts of their respective lien judgments in the property attached or in its proceeds.
