CHAPTER 53-B SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICTS
Section 53-B:14
53-B:14 Existing Districts. –
Districts formed by municipalities under prior law shall continue to operate under the prior law and existing district agreements. A district may utilize any additional provisions of this chapter by amending its district agreement in accordance with the amendment process contained in its district agreement.
