STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three

 

AN ACT relative to the physical fitness performance requirements for law enforcement officers.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  The following are repealed:

I.  RSA 106-L:6, IX, relative to police standards and training council requirements for physical fitness requirements for certified law enforcement officers.

II.  RSA 106-L:6, X, relative to the penalty for law enforcement officers unable to meet the police standards and training council physical fitness requirements.  

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
