STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to the inclusion of pediatric cancer in the state health improvement plan.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Paragraph; State Health Improvement Plan; Pediatric Cancer.  Amend RSA 126-A:87 by inserting after paragraph VIII the following new paragraph:

VIII-a.  Pediatric cancer shall be a priority identified for action in the state health improvement plan.  The plan shall incorporate the findings and recommendations of the state health assessment and state health improvement council established under RSA 126-A:88 regarding the experience of families who are impacted by pediatric cancer.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
