Committee Function:It shall be the duty of the Committee on Resources, Recreation and Development to consider all matters relating to natural resources, water pollution and control; parks and recreational areas; recreational industries; matters concerning state controls on property development; and such other matters as may be referred to it.
Personal Biography
Melbourne is a graduate of Boston University School of Social Work having obtained his master’s degree in clinical social work and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts having obtained a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Melbourne is licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Mental Health Practice as an independent clinical social worker. He owns a small business which operates as mental health and addiction agency in Nashua that focuses on working with children and families involved in the child welfare and/or criminal justice system. Melbourne is an avid advocate for child welfare, affordable healthcare and reform to our mental health and addiction industry here in New Hampshire.
