AN ACT relative to the hours that Lucky 7 tickets may be sold.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Sale of Lucky 7 Tickets. Amend RSA 287-E:21, II(c) to read as follows:
(c) Lucky 7 tickets sold in conjunction with bingo games may be sold between the hours of [12 p.m.] 8 a.m. and 1 a.m. on any licensed game date.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.

METHODOLOGY:
This bill, which is effective upon passage and therefore may impact FY 2023, allows Lucky 7 tickets that are sold in conjunction with Bingo to be sold starting at 8:00am (currently sales start at noon). The Lottery Commission states allowing tickets to be sold up to four (4) hours before the operation of a Bingo event is not expected to have a notable impact on the number of deals sold and therefore any increase this bill may have on Lottery revenue is negligible (net Lottery revenue is transferred to the state education trust fund).
