Department
of Safety
Revision Note:
Document
#10787, effective 2-20-15, adopted Saf-C 2300 which
had expired 1-21-15. Rulemaking had
begun with an initial proposal filed by the Department of Safety pursuant to
RSA 541-A on 4-28-14, which had proposed to readopt
the existing Saf-C 2300 with amendments. Although Saf-C 2300
had last been filed under Document #8617, effective 4-28-06, these rules did
not expire on 4-28-14 since they were extended pursuant to RSA 541-A:14-a, I. Pursuant to
RSA 541-A:14-a, II and RSA 541-A:16, IV, the existing Saf-C
2300 eventually expired 30 days after the deadline had passed for the
Department to adopt the proposed rules under RSA 541-A:14, I.
Document
#10787 replaces all prior filings for rules in the former Saf-C
2300.
