“Chapter Definitions” as paragraphs in a single section Fis 401.01, also titled
“Chapter Definitions.” Document #13698
also adopted Fis 401.01(u) defining “Tenkara.”
Document #13698 replaces all prior filings for definitions in the
former Part Fis 401. The prior filings
beginning with Document #5016, effective 1-1-91, which affected the definitions
in Part Fis 401, included the following Documents:

#12510, eff 4-6-18
Document #13698 also repealed Fis
402.09 titled “Hours for Taking” in Part Fis 402 titled “General
Restrictions.” This necessitated the
renumbering of other rules in Part Fis 402 as indicated in the source notes. The filings affecting the former Fis 402.09
included the following Documents:
#6629, eff 1-1-98
#8442, eff 1-1-06
