PART Emab 101  DEFINITIONS

 

          Emab 101.01  “Presiding member” means the chair, or in the absence of the chair, the vice-chair of the unemployment compensation appellate board.

PART Emab 102  DESCRIPTION OF APPELLATE BOARD

 

          Emab 102.01  Organization.

 

          (a)  The appellate board is part of the department of employment security for organizational purposes, in accordance with RSA 282-A:63.

 

          (b)  The appellate board shall accept appeals in accordance with Emab 202.

 

          (c)  The appellate board is comprised of the chair and vice chair, who are attorneys, 2 members representing business management, 2 members representing labor, and 2 members representing the public.

PART Emab 103  PUBLIC REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION AND OTHER MAILINGS AND CORRESPONDENCE TO THE BOARD

 

          Emab 103.01  Requests and Correspondence.

 

          (a)  Requests for information may be made by writing to the appellate board at the following address:
