NOTE:
Pursuant
to 1995, 310, effective 11-1-95, rulemaking authority within the Department of
Health and Human Services was transferred to the Commissioner of the Department
from the division directors and the Director of the Office of Alcohol and Drug
Abuse Prevention. All divisions,
offices, and bureaus in the Department were also abolished by 1995, 310, but
were re-established effective 11-1-95 by the Commissioner pursuant to RSA
126-A:4, II.
1995,
310, does not affect the authority or structure of agencies administratively
attached to the Department.
