CHAPTER 401 INCORPORATION AND POWERS OF INSURANCE COMPANIES

401:17 Perpetual Existence; Presumption. –
Unless otherwise expressly approved by the commissioner, all insurance companies or other insurers subject to this chapter shall have perpetual existence.
