CHAPTER 384 GENERAL PROVISIONS AS TO SAVINGS BANKS, TRUST COMPANIES, AND DEPOSITORIES
Assignments of Savings Deposits
Section 384:42
384:42 Application. –
The provisions of this subdivision shall apply to savings deposits maintained in any institution described in RSA 384:1, or in any federally-chartered institution of like nature having a place of business in this state.
