Defrauding an Innkeeper
Section 353:9
353:9 Penalty. –
Any person who shall obtain service from, in, or through an inn or hotel, with intent to defraud the owner of the inn or hotel, or with intent to avoid payment thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
