325:30 Issuance; Term; Renewal. –
Apprentice licenses shall be issued for a period of one year and shall terminate one year from the date of issuance unless sooner ended by death, resignation, revocation or by ruling or decision of the board. Such licenses may be renewed in the discretion of the board. The fees for an original apprentice license shall be established by the board.
