Section 310-A:65
310-A:65 Application. –
Applications for licensure shall be on forms prescribed and furnished by the board, shall contain statements made under oath, showing the applicant's education and detailed summary of the applicant's technical work, and shall contain not less than 5 references, of whom 3 shall be land surveyors having personal knowledge of the applicant's land surveying experience. All applications shall be accompanied by a fee established by the board.
