Section 310-A:159
310-A:159 Restraint of Violations. –
The superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity to restrain violations of RSA 310-A:158 on proceedings brought by the attorney general, the board, or any society of licensed landscape architects duly incorporated under the laws of this state.
