The provisions in other parts of this act that specifically apply to single-member LLCs are the following:
I. RSA 304-C:43;
II. RSA 304-C:100, VI;
III. RSA 304-C:126, VI;
IV. RSA 304-C:126, VII; and
V. RSA 304-C:131.
