CHAPTER 301-A CONSUMERS' COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS

301-A:7 Existence of Association. –
The existence of every association formed under this chapter shall begin once the certificate of organization is filed with the secretary of state, and payment of the fee is made as provided under RSA 301-A:9.
