UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION

Disqualification for Benefits

Section 282-A:38

    282-A:38 Another State. – An individual shall be disqualified for benefits for any week or part of a week with respect to which he is seeking to receive or has received payments in the form of unemployment compensation under an unemployment compensation law of any other state or under a similar law of the federal government, provided that seeking to receive or receiving payments under any reciprocal arrangement to which New Hampshire is a party under RSA 282-A:169-172 shall not disqualify the individual for benefits.
