276-B:4 Chairperson; Quorum. –
The members of the task force shall elect a chairperson from among the members. The first meeting of the task force shall be called by the first-named house member and shall be held within 45 days of the effective date of this section. Thereafter the task force shall meet at the call of the chair. Twelve members of the task force shall constitute a quorum.
