CHAPTER 212
PROPAGATION OF FISH AND GAME
Propagation by Private Persons
Section 212:33
212:33 Penalty. –
A licensee who violates any of the provisions of this subdivision or who violates any rule adopted by the executive director governing such private propagation shall forfeit his license and be guilty of a violation.
