Abatement of Taxes to Towns Containing Public Forest Lands; State Lands
Section 227-H:14
227-H:14 Evidence. –
In making any abatement the commissioner of revenue administration shall consider among other facts, the amount of compensation, if any, which the town has received in any year from the federal or state governments on account of such federal or state land.
