CHAPTER 227-H PUBLIC FOREST LANDS: MANAGEMENT, ACQUISITION, AND LOST TAXES
Section 227-H:10
227-H:10 Recording. –
All contracts made under the provisions of RSA 227-H:9, extending for a period of more than 3 years or for an annual consideration of more than $2,500, shall be recorded in the registry of deeds in the county, or counties, where the lands to which such contracts relate are situated.
