CHAPTER 167 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN

167:34 Reports by Counties. –
The counties shall, from time to time, make such reports relative to direct relief, and shall transfer to said department of health and human services such records relative to old age assistance and aid to the blind, as the commissioner of health and human services may determine.
