126-BB:12 Financial Report. –
The board shall annually report on any moneys spent by the board, the source of such funds, the purpose of spending such funds, and the progress of any project on which the funds were spent. Such report shall be submitted to the fiscal committee of the general court, the committees having jurisdiction over the board in both the house of representatives and the senate, the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate clerk, the house clerk, the governor, and the state library.
