CHAPTER 126-A DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
Section 126-A:6
126-A:6 Department Administrator of Title XX Social Security. –
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the governor shall designate the department of health and human services to administer the provisions of Title XX of the Social Security Act, Public Law 93-647, and the commissioner is hereby authorized to receive and distribute funds under said act.
