CHAPTER 111
THE STATE GUARD
Section 111:3
111:3 Name. –
Such state defense forces shall be additional to and distinct from the New Hampshire national guard; shall be armed and uniformed; shall be known as the New Hampshire state guard; and are hereinafter referred to as the state guard.
