JUDGES OF PROBATE AND THEIR JURISDICTION

Section 547:3-a

    547:3-a Issues to Court. – In any proceeding before a probate court involving material facts which are in dispute, the probate court shall have jurisdiction to try such factual issues to court after due notice to all interested parties. However, the probate court may, if the interests of an estate require it, appoint a special administrator under RSA 553:20.
