CHAPTER 544
REMEDIES FOR CERTAIN NUISANCES
Section 544:16
544:16 Hearing; Order. –
If upon the hearing the allegations are sustained the court or justice shall issue a temporary injunction without bond, restraining the defendants and any other persons from continuing the nuisance.
