CHAPTER 541 REHEARINGS AND APPEALS IN CERTAIN CASES
Section 541:1
541:1 Definition. –
The word "commission" as here used means the public utilities commission, the milk sanitation board, or any state department or official concerning whose decision a rehearing or appeal is sought in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
