CHAPTER 600-B MULTICOUNTY GRAND JURIES CONVENED BY THE SUPERIOR COURT

600-B:3 Composition. –
The counties and judicial districts thereof shall supply jurors for selection upon a multicounty grand jury ordered pursuant to this chapter in proportion to the population of the counties or the judicial districts thereof.
