CHAPTER 529 LEVY OF EXECUTIONS ON REAL ESTATE

Section 529:28
529:28 Effect. –
Such seizure and sale shall transfer to the purchaser all the right, title and interest that the execution debtor had in such real estate as in other cases, subject to the debtor's right of redemption.
