Determination of Just Compensation
Section 498-A:26-a
498-A:26-a Awarding of Costs to Prevailing Party. –
If neither the condemnor nor the condemnee appeals from the award of the board as provided in RSA 498-A:27, the board shall award costs to the prevailing party.
