CHAPTER 52 VILLAGE DISTRICTS
Section 52:12
52:12 Annual Meetings. –
The annual meeting of each district shall be held between January 1 and May 1 of each year. In the case of a district formed for the purpose of impoundment of water, the annual meeting shall be held at another time of the year if so voted at a previous meeting.
