STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to the definition of noncommunicable disease.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Immunization; Definition of Noncommunicable Disease. Amend RSA 141-C:20-a, III to read as follows:
III. Nothing in this section shall require an immunization/vaccination requirement for diseases that are noncommunicable. Noncommunicable disease means a disease that is not [infectious or] transmissible from person-to-person.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
