It shall be the duty of the Committee on State-Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs to consider all matters pertaining to the National Guard and other military or veterans’ organizations within the state, potential actions by the U.S. Congress which will have a major impact on the state and the New England region, and all proposed resolutions petitioning the Congress on any matter; to maintain communication with the congressional delegation; to serve as a liaison between the New Hampshire House and the United States Congress; emergency management; and such other matters as may be referred to it.

Merrimack District 3 serving the towns of Northfield, and the City of Franklin Ward 3.

Spouse- Thomas B. Fulweiler. We also have one son named Thomas. I have been a resident of New Hampshire since 1974.

State Representative NH General Court- Merrimack Distict 3 (Northfield) 1990-1994, served on the Ways and Means Committee

Active member of the Winnisquam Regional School District Parent Teacher Organization from 2004-2016

Active member of the Winnipesaukee River Trials Association Inc. 1997-present. This is a multi-purpose trial that the communities of Franklin, Tilton and Northfield constructed starting at Trestle View Park in downtown Franklin and follows the scenic Winnipesaukee River through Northfield and Tilton (approximately 6 miles). The next phase of the trail will connect with the trail being constructed in the Town of Belmont and will ultimately the WOW trail in Laconia.

Currently serves as a member of the Northfield Planning Board.
