House Committee Information
Committee Function:It shall be the duty of the Committee on Resources, Recreation and Development to consider all matters relating to natural resources, water pollution and control; parks and recreational areas; recreational industries; matters concerning state controls on property development; and such other matters as may be referred to it.
Personal Biography
Served twenty one years in the Army as a Military Intelligence officer, retired as a lieutenant colonel. After retiring from the Army, served as a Department of Defense civilian wokring in facilities management for DOD installtions worldwide. Activley involved in volunteer work including hospice, food pantry and verterans groups. Substitute teacher in SAU 21.

Graduate of the University of New Hampshire and the College of Naval Command and Staff.
