Personal Biography
Born (1949) and brought up in Berlin NH.
Attended local Franco-American school.
Graduated from Notre-Dame High School (1967).
Graduated from Boston College with a BA in English Literature.
After working 4 years at the Cog Railway, I left with Ed Clark to start up the North Stratford Railroad. This led to my being hired as General Manager for the Berlin Mills Railway back home in Berlin. When the Mills sold the BMRy 16 years later I was given the opportunity to manage the operation of the Mills' 2 Wastewater Treatment Plants. When the Mills filed for bankruptcy protection, I took work with the City of Berlin in their Wastewater Treatment Plant as Lab Technician; 3 years later I was promoted to Superintendent and worked there until my retirement in 2018.

Then I was asked to put my name in for one of the 3 Berlin Representative positions and was elected that year. I served one term (interrupted by Covid 19) but was not re-elected for another term; however, I was re-elected for this coming session.
