House Committee Information
Committee Function:It shall be the duty of the Committee on Fish and Game and Marine Resources to consider all matters concerning conservation, improvement and preservation of fish, game and non-game species and marine resources within the state; and such other matters as may be referred to it.
Personal Biography
Retired Physical Education and Health Teacher. Tought for 40 years encompassing the states of NH, VT, PA and SD. BS from East Stroudsburg, VA in 1974. Recieved M.Ed from Temple University in 1987. Married Anne G. Libby in 1985. Currently teaches for OSHER and is a NH Justice of the Peace.

Has been to all 50 states and all 234 towns of New Hampshire. Hobbies include geocaching, travelling and golfing. Former high school football, baseball, and basketball coach. Coached vollyball and basketball at college level.
