Born and raised in Belmont, NH. Bachelor or Arts from UNH (1970). Masters from Central Michigan University (1975) and JD from UNH College of Law (1985).

Veteran, served in Vietnam, pilot. Practiced law 1985-2016 in Coos County and statewide.

Represents Dummer, Milan, Northumberland, and Stark
