Firewall software on PC's or servers may prevent you from listening to the
audio/video stream. If your network uses a proxy server to
access the Internet, your systems administrator may have to open port 1755 to
allow you to connect to listen to the audio/video stream. If you
have firewall software enabled on the PC used to listen, check to ensure that
it is allowing the audio/video stream through.
