STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

 

AN ACT relative to posting legislative amendments on the New Hampshire legislative website.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Section; Legislative Officers and Proceedings; Amendments Posted on the General Court Website.  Amend RSA 14 by inserting after section 14-c the following new section:

14:14-d  Legislative Amendments Available on the General Court Website.  The general court shall post each legislative amendment on the general court's website within 48 hours of the amendment being made public or presented to a legislative policy committee by the amendment's sponsor.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
